Sudachi is a Japanese citrus fruit that is harvested while still green for its sour juice. The juice is mainly used with seafood (such as peel) and in drinks. The pulp is used in noodle dishes. Sudachi is also very healthy, but is hardly used outside of Japan.
The Japanese company Captain was founded in 1935. At the time, it only produced alcohol, but today it mainly produces syrups in a variety of flavours.
Made in Japan.
