Japanese curry, "kare" or "kari" in Japan, is one of the most popular and widely consumed dishes in the country. It is thicker, milder, and less spicy than Indian curry. The ingredients commonly used to make it are meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, and, for an even milder, slightly sweeter flavor, apples and honey can also be added.

This Premium Bondy curry is available in limited quantities, prepared with a sauce recreated from one of Japan's most famous curry restaurants. Each serving contains 50g of red wine-braised beef brisket and blue cheese.

Preparation (optional):

In a saucepan: 5 to 7 minutes in boiling water
In the microwave (out of the bag, on a plate): 2 minutes 30 seconds at 500 watts or 2 minutes at 600 watts
